HOUSE RULES
- No smoking in the hut or anywhere on the site.
- No visitors.
- Guests must have their own insurance to cover their belongings.
- No fires or BBQ’s unless they are gas BBQ’s
- Do not flush any sanitary wear or baby wipes down the toilet.
- The property must be treat with respect and keep all areas clean and tidy.
- All pots / pans used must be washed and left clean.
- Litter must be removed and not left.
- Any damages must be reported immediately. Guests accept that they will be liable for any damage caused during their visit.
- Please clean the hut prior to leaving.
- Quiet time is between 21:00 and 07:00.
- All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst outside.
- Dogs are not to be left in the hut/pod alone.
- Dogs must be supervised at all times.
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or the bed.
Shepherd Huts
- The gas hob and the wood burning stove must not be left unattended whilst in use and must only be used by an adult.
- The door on the wood burning stove must be kept closed at all times except when lighting or adding wood. Do not burn anything on the wood burning stove apart from the wood provided.
- Extractor fans must be used when cooking and showering.
- Visitors must read the instruction manuals in the welcome folder prior to using the appliances.
Camping Pods
- Cooking is only permitted inside the pods that are supplied with a camping gas stove. A door or window must be open at all times when using the stove to ensure good ventilation.
- Only adults are permitted to use the camping gas stoves.
- All of the pods are ran on Solar energy and they have USB charging ports only.
- The toilet / shower unit is separate to the pods and is used by guests in 3 pods so please ensure that you respect the facilities and keep them clean after use.
- Please note that there is a £2 charge for showers so please bring some coins for the meter.
If your unit is dog friendly
- Dogs are not to be left in the hut /pod alone.
- Dogs are not allowed on the bed, furniture or in the bathroom.
- Dog owners must supply their own cage/basket and bowls.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst outside.
Parking is available for 1 vehicle only.
- Check in is between 3pm and 8Pm on the day of arrival. Anyone arriving after this time will be turned away and no refund given.
- Check out is before 10am on the day of vacating.
Cancellation policy
- When booking directly a deposit of £50 is paid upon booking, unless the booking date is within a period less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within the 3 weeks leading up to the arrival date then the full payment must be made.
- When booking via the website the payment must be made in full.
- The full payment must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date.
- If the booking is cancelled 3 weeks or more prior to the arrival date the deposit will be none returnable.
- Cancellation within 3 weeks of arrival date the full booking fee will be none returnable.
